| *ALL four (4) employees must be registered at the same time and will be registered under the same company name and address. A 20% will be deducted from your total registration fee on or before November 23, 2010 |
SUBSTITUTION/CANCELLATION POLICY:
Receipt of a registration form with full payment will be regarded as a firm booking and as acceptance of the conditions stated. If, for any reason, a delegate is unable to attend the conference, payment of fees still apply. The following policy applies:
Cancellation prior to SEPTEMBER 30, 2010:
100% refund of registration payment*
Cancellation after SEPTEMBER 30, 2010:
0% refund of registration payment
Substitute delegates can be made at any time. Name changes or cancellations must be received in writing via email. |
